eliminates bump steer. Better suspension travel, strut rods are turrable.

as long as you re triangulate the lower arm with a tube/bushing/mount braket, it is ok to remove. I did it to my 63 buick as well.

it helps with camber issues for being so low also gives you a place to mount shocks.not to mention looks a lot cleaner better geometry.

Damn I've missed out on a lot of this build. The cando arms are great. On the lower balljoint you will need to either make a spacer or put washers under the nut so the cotter pin goes threw both the hole an nut. Learned this when my balljoints went out an almost lost the nut.

The bushing was a pita to get out. I took a sawzall an cut it an just beat it out. That took the longest but other then tht it was pretty straight forward. Ya I think i stacked like 2-3 washers on the lower balljoint. I called Steve and talked to him when it happened to me that's what he said to do. When I take everything apart ill make a spacer instead of the washers. Make sure u get the part numbers for the ball joints incase u need to get new ones haha

Should have the pedal assembly finished up this week. Here are a few of controll arm install progress. Had to be a reciprocating saw for the Z project... Removal of the LCA bushings / sleeves was the worst.
