It sucked!!! But its a fun & good experience at the same time. I get to tell people I was one of the few that cabled the stadium.

It was ok. $14/hour, for this area its descent. Forman get paid $16-20/hour.

My sister & her fiance are actual Journeymen Electricians. They get deal with the high-voltage stuff, they make $25+/hr.

Those few shows I mentioned is the only time I watch tv anymore. Always playing with my kids & dog.

Dad does the high voltage stuff, I've done some of that myself... He told me when I was 14 to replace a balast in some flourescent lights live. Didn't get shocked though. But hey, this is a job that is still going to be in demand, My dad's got two possible ones lined up soon, keeping my fingers crossed for him.

For some odd reason, I actually like it when my truck breaks down. Call me crazy, but I enjoy working on it. Glad I had my cousin to help me replace my fuel pump when dad was out of town for a month. Less time I had to use my backup - the Rodeo, which had problems too when we brought it from Orange. It's an auto, so I had to replace a tranny cooler line. Took me a long time to get that POS out, but now it won't leak on my Grandparent's driveway.:D

Sandshark, you and General should put yourselves on the usermap.

How do I do that? As my intro says, I went from "Newbie to Enthusiast in 3.2 Weeks." I actually just figured out how to multi-quote tonight.

Yeah, I'm somewhat lucky with that. The Rodeo was originally going to be mine, but we bought my truck instead. Now I'm very glad I did, that thing's great. Finally removed the tow hitch. very happy about that!

:ROFL:I was the same way. It took me forever to figure out how to multi-quote.

The user map is on the menu at the top. Once you click on it it should have an add me or something like that.

You guys are close to each other!

When you punch in my old address on google maps you can see my wife, a buddy of mine, & myself in our driveway.
