    ya I realize that now. LOL. That pic I was looking at had his unbolted..so I thought I might have to connect it to one of those bolts for some reason. I didn't wanna start cutting wires until i'd tried it and well... the bolts snapped off. I just came inside and opened a beer. It's not like its labeled or anything. I dont have a f*cking clue where the negative wire is. I wish I had my damn manual for the truck.

    this is the best write i sayy :waytogo:hope u get it to work i know u dnt have the cluster but shows were to hook it up

    I did do research but every write up i've read doesnt show you actually where to put the wire. They either just say it using terminology I don't know or show a vague picture that isnt clear whats connected to what. When I do get this to work I will post pix that actually make sense for future idiots like myself. :) But hey, you gotta learn somehow.

    ok this is where my tach wire is hooked up the red 14 guage wire you see the green plug closets to the clutch master cylinder the one u can see in the first picture toward the left
