I wanted a red back ground ,so laid a piece of red plastic over the first piece,also giving more strength
Then it was time to fit all the gauges in place & start the wiring,tying all into the stock wires. New senders were in place @ the other end I have a Electrical Diagram book from Toyota that is very usefull
The finished product,ready to install The wiring is soldered & shrink wrapped,I used connectors between the cluster & dash for ease removal . Hope this is useful info.

A company named Speedometer Service,www.speedometersolutions.com 4144636660 has a speed sensor that is electrical output,& threads directly on the trans! Part number #HE22C, WHEN i BOUGHT IT IT WAS $92.50 PLUS SHIPPING It will work with most after market speedos. The Autometer, you can calibrate.
