damn im so fckin PISSD!!! first of all I never got my dipstick tube, the guy said he shipped it wednesday, never came, called em up today and spoke to the owner, he had no idea what was missing..

so went to the dealership to buy a dipstick tube $16 later i got it in the truck and start filling up fluids, filled up the coolant and i got a leak from exhaust side where head meets the block right under #2,#3 exhaust ports..never even started the engine and its leaking? WTF!? cracked head? why would it leak there? i was so frustrated i didn't even bother taking off the valve cover to check the head bolts...but what else could it be?

so i got my engine back last week, been in and running for a couple days now..no leaks! thank god! and it's running ok..I still have to adjust the idle, set timing and redo the valves..i still have that fluctuating idle..i think someone told me it could be the cold start valve, so i'm going to look into that..but i got my wheels back! FEELS GOOD:D

here is the first start..that grind noise was the dust shield on the crank pulley, i guess i bent it but i just bent it back and its fine now

Finally got my GO Pro HD camera, did a quick vid on the truck to test it out, i know its boring but i was just testing the camera, I need to tighten the mounts more cuz it moved on me...

I also tested it in the pool!:D works awesome! completely waterproof, once it gets a little cooler i'm going to get some vids of it on my bike

i dont have any projectors now..the first retro i did was with some BMW E46s..they were kind of a hack job for my first retro but some off road guy locally wanted to buy them so i sold em...i just have a regular "kit" right now, so back to real projectors i go!!:waytogo:
