that bed looks pretty clean, i would sell the whole thing to someone who doesn't have the skills to build one, and start fresh on another bed.

grub the guy that i got to just register has one but the rear end on it is completly shaved and i wanna keep my caddies but you think it would be easier to build a new one than to cut that out and start over? the bed floor is kinda rough the filler is cracking back out there are dents in it the nasty rhino liner in it is peeling off

dang........ point out all the imperfections:lol:

i guess it probably wouldn't be to bad to just cut out the inner sheetmetal and start over. i've done a few sets of caddies, there not hard but time consuming.

Now that is rust! I personally would stick with my current bed, but it is your choice because it's your truck. Too bad you can't retro-fit Tundra roll downs.

hahha well imperfections aggravate me ...... bad so its either work with the metal in the bed that i have to straighten the warped panels or just get a different bed all together and the bed i have is perfect body wise no dents dings just inside the bed that bugs the **** out of me

Thought about that also.If you do it take the whole rear section with window channels & all & lay into the rear, lining up body lines. Will be some work but should be doable!
Don't forget to get all the relays & switches from the doctor truck!

yea thats a ton of work and for this truck to be debuted at scrapefest il just stick with my ragtop lol

if anyone has seen the new minitruckin look at the cover truck iv done the fenders and bed like the toyota on the cover. i think it looks pretty damn good i hate looking at the ugly firewall of these trucks when they are layed out.

no he custom made small inner fenders that was molded into the fenders that just covered the part of the firewall that you see when the truck is layed out
