    All sorts of stuff...

Thinking about re-doing the suspension to lay on 20" billets.

Cleaning up under the hood, possible motor swap.

A lot has changed, and unfortnuately I haven't taken any pictures but this is the interior when it got featured.

I've since removed the underdash AC unit from the passenger side, taken off the steering wheel wrap and obviously done the door panels and dash pad.

Pretty much bone stock, but I really like it that way. Seat is original.

Do you still have all those stock pieces?

Tossed the vinyl on the doors, and the dash was a mess to begin with. Keeping the wood off the door panels and the aftermarket dashpad.

The AC unit... is available. But its not in great condition. I cut the hoses, and the panel where the knobs are is busted up as well. But I saved the mounting pieces.... Also there is no AC compressor and I don't want to take out the radiator mounted part. So it would be just the underdash unit. Nothing

No... I'll probably redo the control arms, or make new ones altogether.

I might do 18's and 20's, not sure yet. Its gonna be BIG money no matter what so I have to plan carefully.

If I clipped it, what do would you reccomend using?

i'd really recommend a narrowed 84-95 yota clip. that way you could get dropped spindles to help lay out on the 20's.

i think the hardest part of the swap would be getting the steering connected since the lux steering shaft comes out of the firewall pretty low. you might need to install a universal joint or 2.

also your frame isn't z'd correct? if i remember right they need a big z to lay out, so if you z the clip in will you still have clearence on the tops of the fenders?

I don't get on much anymore, but I still have the lux and its still getting some love.

I sold the tow pig and the trailer, so its time for new gears and any other mods to get her road worthy.

Axle is out, rebuilding a few things on the hydros while its up in the air. Probably going to end up with 2.80 something gears.

I need to adjust the upper control arms so I have less camber at a lower ride height. I'm tried of rolling cali LOL...

Anyway, thats about it for now. BTW, I love this forum, so much good info here.

    Thanks!
Never made print with ST.... so you didn't miss anything.

As far as progress, I rebuilt the valves for the front hydros, replaced the check valves because it was leaking down on one side.

I did a bunch of research on the net, found this site: Gearratiosanddiffs

I used the info here to decode vin's at my local salvage yard and found some used 3.07 gears. Nothing is made aftermarket taller than a 4.11, which is what I already have.

Should have it back this week. Pretty excited to start driving it.

Back from the dead. Sheesh. 2012... wow
Really glad forums still exist. I'm researching engine swaps for my 71.

I went to Touge Con in Fayetteville Ark over the weekend. Jasonthackerautomotive took some killer snaps, thought you would enjoy. Check out his IG for more killer photos, or if you're in the Ozarks and need a great photog. https://www.instagram.com/jasonthackerautomotive/
