Nice. Born and raised there too. I lived off of Palm ave near the fire department.

Next time I'm down there with my truck we should roll together!

I lived on Glading for a while when I was a kid it is off Picard... my sister lives on kostner... all right there in that area of palm.... I used to ride palm as a kid grew up with "palm punks" so yeah man we are from the same hood... looks like we share same interest too... with that said let's roll!!!

Another JY run and Just scored this K&n filter kit for my Yota for $3.40 @ ecology.... haha she looked at me like "who comes to a junk yard to buy an air filter" I know the oil filters are not the best if you lightly oil them they are OK.... I may see if they off their dry filter and run and "outerwear"... or I'll sell it of Craigslist lol hah

I've never tried it but I've heard of people using laundry deturgent. It's soft on fabrics but cuts stains (grease). Or spend 8$ and buy another kit...

Nice truck by the way. Have more rear end pics? Been thinking of a setup like this but woul like to see the setups alittle better. :waytogo:

I clean my kn filters with simple green and water mixed if there real oily il fill a five gallon bucket up bout 2 gallons of water and a half a quart or a full quart of simple green I found it to be not so harsh on the fabric material let it soak then spray it out soak again type method

Good call on the front end. I know I'm in the minority but I like the classic lines of these older trucks. 4runner front ends make the truck look newer than it really is. The way I see it....if I wanted a newer looking truck, I'd buy a Tacoma...again, that's just me though.

Yeah I just always wanted a clean nice lil sport truck... something like scrubs..is clean nice lowerd I'd say tastefully done good job but among his there's quite a few that nailed the exact style I love and wanted to build.... the reason I'm not liking the front end is how wide and huge the arches are I'd like to run a nice deep 16 or maybe even a 15 inch rim and would look stupid with my fenders... the ****ty part is the have a 4 runner core support don't get me wrong its done right but yeah I'm most likely going to just work with what I have and run a deep 17 up front and 18 in the rear... no matter what I'll make it look right or pass it on to some one who was wanting to do this but didn't get that far yet :)

But one plus I love bout my truck is its notched and linked and done right and will be the perfect set up for what I wanna do :)

And yes at least if it was a square light 4 runner front it would be cool but these Tacoma style lights is what bugs me to

Let's just say I have a love hate relationship going on with my truck :)

Before I traded for my truck, I looked at a lot of bagged trucks and all were junk. You don't know how lucky you are to have found one tastefully done.
