2RZ is a DOHC 16V 4Bangin' Taco motor, 2.4L. It's kinda like the 22RE with DOHC and 2x the valves. idk about the block strength, according to PredR it should be pretty beastly.... boosted. 5VZ-FE is a DOHC 24V 6cylinder 3.4L hustlin' motor.. It rapes 22RE out of the water day and night. It's the evolution of the 3VZ-FE motor, not to be confused with the inferior 3VZ-E truck motor. The 3VZ-FE and 5VZ-FE are both the holy grail of Toyota V6 motors. They are pretty damn unbreakable (not impossible to do, but they are just that badass). Think of it as a 2JZ squished together in a V6 non turbo form. 3.0 Liter motor 3VZ-FE is a really amazing motor from the factory, Toyota was scared that the 200hp output would scare away 2JZ-GE sales, so they detuned it 15hp. This can be fixed by adjusting the VAFM and timing. Instant 15hp for free. The successor to the 3VZ-FE is the 1MZ-FE, basically an aluminum block variant, nothing similar, but an evolution. Many enthusiasts prefer to take the 1MZ-FE, but with a picky OBD2, it shys away many tuners. The 3VZ-FE on the other hand has the most lenient OBD1 ECU ever known. It also has a torquey characteristic that carries from the low RPM band all the way to the top end, red line at 6750rpm and the rev limiter at 7200rpm, with power still building towards 7000Rpm. 3.4 Liter motor 5VZ-FE is the actual upgrade for the truck and SUV chassis. It's not perfectly similar to the 3VZ-FE itself, but it's just as BA. They also exist with TRD Superchargers. enough info? lolol
