I have aligned and balanced the tires, put in new shocks front and back, all new steering suspension. My wheels are 31 and it’s a single cab. Is it possible it’s because of the lack of weight in the back? My entire truck bed shakes visibly and it shakes the cab. Maybe something with the driveshaft?

My yellow Hilux does the same thing, the tyres have flat spots from been in storage for so long, the flat spot is very difficult to see, you could google how to fix a flat spot on tyres, I tried everything and it didn't work for me you might have better luck. I've replaced 2 tyres but will have to replace the other 2

A good burnout will get rid of it
