The Zee is 45mm. From memory, laid out there is around 20mm clearance under the cross member. Its higher than the rails because the drag (centre steering) link is nearly level with the cross member.

The Bags are Slam SS-5 (5.5inch) Real tight fit but it works.

I haven't measured it but it gets around (300mm-ish) 10-11inches of lift. The lower arms were sectioned 15mm to get the bag to sit down lower at the front of the arm and the upper arms are flipped upside down, swapped from left to right and pie cut so the ball joints don't bind at full drop.

The styleside tray is a long wheel base "Stout" tray. I'll be lengthening the wheel base to suit the longer tray. Where as the "Lite Stout" is 150mm shorter in wheel base.

Bit more progress with the rear clip.
Designed my own rails. Cut them out by hand with my plasma via MDF wooden template. Then used a builders laser level to make the rear section parallel and square with the rest of the frame.

Tad tricky since the rails are angled not parallel. I kicked them parallel just as they flatten out on top of the bridge section.

Nothing too exciting. Just the rear clip is finished. Time to add some cross members and install the Triangulated 4 link, Bags mounted on the diff and some shocks.

All this goes in between those rails. 2nd hand 4 link that got installed but never used. Cause I don't like spending money. All the brackets are new.

    1/2 way there

Bang. It works. This picture is just of it all tacked in. Now its fully welded and gusseted.

Rear clip done. Picked up a awesome cab. Minimal rust

(In Australia all Stouts come out rust as a Standard feature. Haha)

Rear clip. Nothing fancy. Nice and strong. Built to tow.
