I ordered a set of 10 oem head bolts at a cost of almost $90.00. After some delay an “EMPTY” factory sealed shipping box arrived at my home. I immediately contacted the business via their toll free to complain about not receiving my parts. They sent an email asking for pictures of the shipping box etc. they said they’d respond within 24-48 hours. It’s been over 48 hours and no response. Going to my bank on Monday to see if I can claw back the payment. This company gets mixed reviews online. Buyer beware……

 

I find that quite unfortunate with what happened with you! I ordered some parts from them in the past for my Pickup and my Van and I've had good experience with them, but an empty box???? that sounds like a screwover of the century!
