My thing is, everyone's gonna have a bad experience with some company. Too many, & they won't go there again. On the other hand, someone else could have a great experience with the same company.

Like me, I will never go to Les Schwab Tires again. Too many wrongs that they won't make right.

    ^^^ i hear you.

i buy the tires for my s-10 at pepboys. they only cost $35 a piece and since they get chewed off i don't like spending money on them. but i don't let them take them off and install them on the truck. several years ago i watched an old man go to leave the store and his back wheels fell off. they forgot to tighten the lug nuts.....

I had an alignment done on my old Explorer once, not two weeks later I notice very noticable wear on my front tires. They tryed telling me it was my because of my car and the tires, they were thier tires!! :eyecrazy::looney:

About ten years ago my best bud's brother had his ball joints (or something) replaced there. He was just outside of Baker City, OR coming back from Canada doin 75-80 mph when his front right wheel broke off!! Brake assembly and all!! They were glowing they were so hot.

First off I won't ,didn't read all the way through this post!
Second, I've been doing business with F.B.I. for over 8 years now,& if any problem ( not many) , they would make good on it in short time
Phil,Dan( no longer there) & Steve( think I have the name right), have always taken care of me & also supported my clubs toy drive with more than one donation, along with gift cards, & believe they well again this year!
I've heard & read of people having problems & shipping being slow! But all I can say is good about a company that is stands for & is behind Mini Trucks & all others, cars also!
Problems can & do arise with every company out there, send e-mails & call often if this happens!
Don't condemn those that support our hobby/sport/ life style!

gary, could you do me a favor and call them up maybe? every time i call i get a run around. i would think that in tough economic times they would bend over backwards to get a return customer. i just can't get over their incredible lack of customer service.

    F*&% fbi

:brickknock:i ordered a roll pan and some taillight fillers from them. first of all the taillight fillers fit like ****e. and when i got the rollpan, it looked like the whole crew of theirs played hop scotch on the box with the roll pan was in. there were so many dents and dings in it i would have been better off with a flat piece of sheet metal. i called and complained about it and they told me that it had to have been my fault. they then told me that it was DHL's fault. the box had like 4 different shoe prints on it. i called them back and told them that DHL put a sticker on it to ship as is. i had to lie to them and tell them that i own a shop and i'm under a tight deadline. they finally , 1 week later, shipped me a new rollpan. so F&$% Fender Bender.:brickknock:

i got a reply from steve last night saying he would correct the problem in the morning. i also got emails from phil and mike today.

the story mike told me is after we discussed refunding the money, mike specifically said "i'm refunding the money back to the card used for the original purchase", he put it down as a store credit.

phil said the same thing (blamed it on mike), then offered me some free products.

while i appreciate them trying to buy my love back, i declined any free goods. i was never trying to get anything for free, just what i paid for.

I personally will never shop at fbi again.
