Do u mean the plastic black vents behind the door window or the vent window on the door itself?

My guess is they are just called cab vents, letting fresh air into the cab?

sail panel vent , B piller vent or quarter ventilation louver

and they actually vent the air out of the cab .. for example , when you close your door , the cab pressure caused by that action creates "hi pressure" , same when you turn on your heater or A/C .

With out the vents , the door would be much harder to close , and your heater or A/C opperation wouldnt work correctly
