just talked to the guy. he bought it for his son, but he went to the army. so he started trying to fix it up. the guy is a surgeon so he said he's always on call and has no time to work on it. he started to redo the vacuum system, then stopped on the project. and his hoa is getting on his ass for having too many cars.
