Currently I am looking for a brake booster for my truck (71). It's getting a little rough, anyone have a specific link where I can order one or what other brake boosters from other toyota will fit? Thanks
I was wondering, can I use a later model booster and master for my 72? You know of any that will fit and work with my drums until I find the spindels and calipers for the conversion.
I used a no-name 8" dual diaphragm "universal" booster I got off ebay for like $30. All I had to do was drill new holes in the firewall, grind some of the flange off the firewall, change out the clevis, put on a disc/drum Chevy master, and put new line nuts on to fit the Chevy master. It took me like 30 minutes to do the whole swap. Brakes work great, did the swap like 2 years ago. A lot cheaper than using Toyota parts. Ryland
Geo metro brake booster I went with a 1980 front clip on my 73 for disk brakes and front steer. My wheel clearance wasn't all that good with the stock booster. So I went with a geo metro booster. It works great
hi i just bought a metro booster for my 70’ disc swap would you be down to share some photos with me of your setup?
