Any of you guys planning on pre-ordering the new iPhone when it's available tomorrow? Or picking one up next week? My 3G has been through a lot, and I'm finally ready to bite the bullet and go for the upgrade!
I got a droid too (posting from it right now), best phone i've ever had. It's faster then my laptop on its best day!
If verizon endes up coming out with the iphone would you still want the droid or would you try out the iphone?
Yep. And if i recall correctly there are more than the iphone because apple regulates on what apps there are. (Like adult oriented stuff )
hit up verizon.com last time i looked they had a get 1 droid for 199, and recieve a 2nd one free. Which you sell on craigslist for 199 edit: they are down to 149 now, i dont know about the buy one get one free thing, but just quickly crusing the site they are 149 with a 2 year.
dang i need to see if im ready for an upgrade yet. And ill check that out thanks. Also would like to see what they are charging everyone else in there states if you have one. Im mean at the store not online.
For the guys with verizon, verizon is getting the newest iphone. Not sure how soon but its coming ! screwww iphones I want the HTC HD2 ! its BADDDDDD!!!! its a windows phone.
dont be too thrilled about windows mobile. I had it on my htc tilt, hated it. nothing worked right, there were no apps or anything, and every time i tried to upgrade something i would end up having to backyard hack/ make up a program from scratch. I swore I would never use windows mobile again. I also tried the hd2 out at the tmobile store ( my gf uses tmobile ) and right in the store i made windows mobile lockup on me and had to restart their phone. The phone its self is badass, i just wish it didnt use windows... just my 2cents...and im a phone whore.
with the google TV coming out, i would get a droid. If you have been keeping up on google they have been kinda tying together all their media stuff into one interface which will be accessable all through the droid phones. You will be a able to watch tv @ home via google tv, see something you like, click on the comercial on tv useing your droid as the remote control ( which has voice control ) and go to the comercials website, get the address for whatever in the comercial sent to the gps in your phone and then drive there while listing to music thats being streamed from your home PC. Sounds like geek heaven to me
