I most definitely will! We will be trying them on the truck as far as I know, so we will see how they work.

Mustang Eibach springs are a no go, they are too fat(just outside diameter) by about a half an inch.... womp womp.

Maybe stock fox body rear springs would be a smaller outside diameter...

Moog has replacement heavy duty front springs for the dodge d50 and the mighty max. The part number is 2278 and if anyone cares the customer support guy told me they have a spring rate of 435 lb/in.

By using a shorter spring doesn't the camber angel change? I'm not into having my tire bugging out.

I think I'll opt to put 85 spindles upside down and opposed. Seems like the smarter option. No cutting and retain the stock feel of the suspension. But that's just my opinion.

Yes it does, just get an alignment.

I didn't even know this was an option?! wouldn't it throw off the caster and camber beyond adjusting?

    I recently acquired an s2000 for a motor/transmission swap.

During the tear down, I noticed the springs that were in it (Eibach) were the same diameter of the Mark II springs that I have as spares. If I recall correctly, the Mark II wagon's spring were the same dimensions as the Hilux.

In my effort to go back to static, I'll be testing these to see if there is another option for us early Hilux guys.

    Updates to follow.
