I've been working on finishing up the core support so I can start this puppy. Also picked up some ebizzle parts. Vents to glass into my dash for the A/C.
They are trailer fenders I got from a local supply place. I buy the ones with Backing plates for the rear and open ones for the front. These were way too big and I ended slicing the edges every 3" and collapsing them. You can't even tell.
Wow i'm glad i found this build! It's very nice.. and your only a skip through the woods from me, and i'm a coonass too! just been living in Mississippi most my life. I'm from Morgan City, but anyways man i give you props for rebuilding after your loss, and i hope to see you at scrapin this year! i'm putting a 383 stroker in my toy good luck man! Subscribed
I glassed these tabs in behind the gauges. Added some sup er solid mounts And glassed around the column. I wanted to keep it seperate because the column tilts. I usually have it all the way up, but it does tilt. Also epoxied in the key hole piece and smoothed it some. And with the wheel. I wanted to run the yota column because it has all my light controls and blinkers, and I built a circuit board that replaces the cruise control module and allows the steering wheel buttons to control the airride.
Took her out the garage and for a lil drive. I tracked down my exhaust leak, but now I got to fix it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pwmJQPYtkg
