Bushings are good, but if I remember you use the ones that are on your truck & as for the mirror youll just need to run a power wire from the done...
Both sets are made of aluminum...if your looking for steel then I may know where a set is.
They bolt right up, but youll have to run a wire from the dome light to get power to it. Thats what I did on my truck & it works just like factory.
Its factory black, but you can use vinyl spray paint for interior parts like that
