    Yes if u spring under ur truck it will drop like 4 inches...youll mostlikely have to get ur driveshaft shortend

    Driveline issues depend..mosty if ur driveshaft is a slip yoke..u may be able to get away with 1-2" of lift or drop without lengthening or...
