OK, bring this from the dead. I finally found my problem for why the truck wouldnt run with the new motor in it. I forgot to hook up a ground...
actually he didnt. if i remember correctly he added about 7" or so to get it to match up to the bottum of cab..

so, question...are you going to run the orginal shell or a new one?
i wish i could just by a 4 door dually from japan..i would pay to get it dot approved..but thats going to have to be on my wish list for now..
nope, they are after market. the only true toyota dually i know of with a stock bed is the old 80's(?) one. its the green truck everyone keeps...
just so you guys know, no one in the US makes stock dually fenders. The only company that i found that makes a set the looks good for our trucks...
