the recall is free, to a degree.
Here in AZ there is alot of 4wd with the 22RE, the V6 is not a bad motor, just needs the updated head gasket as per recall.
Double check the offset, if it will work get them machined Otherwise get a different set of wheels that will work.
pull the engine out, take off the head and oil pan...
I would leave the PS and AC alone... You think you dont want it now, but then after you get rid of it and drive through the heat for a good couple...
