    Timing chain = new motor?

    Or just come here. Your 20R/22R/E motor is interference. Breaking a chain and not bending valves will be a luck of the draw type of deal.

    1.8L and 1.3L head difference

    I think the casting means version 1.3 and version 1.8.. pretty sure our 20R/22R's aren't 1.3/1.8L's

    Z era style flares look trashy on the majority of vehicles it is performed on, IMO. You'd have to mock it up and make it close to the factory...
