    I didn't think of that Erwin. I replaced the points distributor with an electronic distributor, That is very possible. I'll check that. Thanks

    I did this. I ensured the timing marks were right. It still wants more timing than 8. Maybe I’ll adjust the Weber and see if that helps. Thanks
