    New upper and lower ball joints, brake cylinders and a good clean and a paint must have been a farm truck at some stage of its life haha

    Good job getting some new parts on there.

    Front drums on a 77? I thought they switched to front disc at 1975? My 75 has stock disc brakes up front.

    Yea thats not a 77.
    Looks like it has the early 72-74 cab and bed. Double check the VIN plate in the door jamb should be stamped with a month and year

    Unless over seas trucks were built to a completely different spec

    15B39716-3866-457A-9CD1-D85B3B13B9E4.jpeg Definitely a 77 in Australia, never got the 20R or disk breaks. It’s (for now) a 1.6 18R with a 4 speed column shift and drums all round

    Thanks, it came with a bunch of parts spare front fenders tail lights window winder assembly etc

    So went for my road test today, not so good had to spend $500 on auto electrician to come out and fix all the wiring, all my brakes are leaking steering way too tight and the goddamn water pump started leaking oh and not to mention I blew a Welch plug out haha #mimitrucklife
