This rough idle and deceleration stumbling out of the blue has me properly stumped for the time being now...
Can you send the pictures for that ball joint flip for 89-95 Toyota pickup. The pictures have disappeared.
Drove the truck around town to double check any leaks, dry as the desert on the thermo housing & fuel pump!
Replacing said fuel lines, the pipe on the far left (I have a Type I fuel pump) was cracked and leaking, replacing all 3 for good measure.
Replaced it with an aftermarket gasket, and also found a leaking fuel line on my fuel pump. Todays the day for repairs i guess!!
Ooh, that doesn't sound fun at all. Thankfully, I'm just doing a bunch of minor fixes here and there as they pop up. Whack-A-Mole but with parts!
Inspecting my distributor today, found out the dust seal on it is a piece of rope?! Also its leaking oil too... Ordering a new gasket now...
Yup! Probably done by the original owner, given how it was pretty oily and looked like it was there doing its job probably for a loooong time!
Need to put an exhaust system together. Was thinking of going magnaflow cat 2.25 all the way back with either glass pack or turbo mufflers..
Headed to JCCS in October!! Can wait to see a bunch of cool cars and trucks!! Aiming to have my RN80 there soon! It might be my AW11 first.
