I bought a steering column for my '84 Toyota truck for $57 shipped, an excellent deal for me. It included wiring harness, lock cylinder and intermediate shaft to the steering box. Unfortunately, the threaded shaft punctured the end of the cardboard box and sustained damage to its threads. Besides that, the ignition lock was in the lock cylinder with no key. Their ebay ad stated "no refunds", but I emailed them about the damage anyway. I was very upset, but decided to send them a civil message. WNC Auto Parts responded quickly and stated "Ok will refund money right away sorry this has happened hope you can get it fixed so you can use it" ??? WTH? It sounded like wncautoparts(6445)(99.4% positive feedbacks) was refunding my $$ UP FRONT!!! and letting me KEEP!! the damaged item. I had intended to send pics and expected a long, drawn out "phone tag" exasperated ordeal. Nope. Without having to send my pics, wncautoparts refunded $57 the next day, which included shipping!! I had expected them to refund sales price, minus shipping. After the hassle of shipping the parts back, I'd have $23, minus my lost wages and labor. This ebay vendor went WAYYYY!!! beyond excellent customer service. Please give them your business, as I am definitely ordering from them again. I'll also be sending them several boxes of candy for their generous refund. I NEVER had this happen to me before. I'm so grateful.
