Im in the process of modernizing the wiper system in my 76'. I added a MaxxTronic delay module and was in the process of upgrading the motor when I discovered that my wiper transmission linkage had smoked bushings.

Does anyone have a lead on where to find replacements? Or good ideas for how to fix this without them? So far the only replacements Ive found were $15 / per off eBay and would ship from Thailand (if I ever got them.) Junkyards and FB marketplace searches have come up empty, too.

Any ideas or leads would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe something like this might work.

Hmmm looks like those are for attaching the wiper motor to the firewall or fender. I'm looking for the phenolic bushings on the linkage.

    But thanks for trying!

I haven't been able to find any for newer trucks that have the correct ID/OD measurements. I took a chance on a pair from Thailand off eBay. If they ever show up Im thinking they'd be good candidates for a 3D scan & print if others need them.
