Will these wheels work? What size tires?

I have an opportunity to pickup a free set of wheels from a buddy. They are 15x8 with a 3.3" backspace. My fear is that these will A: Stick out way too far and B: Might rub the front fenders. I do prefer the old school look, so if these were to work, any suggestions on tire sizes? The truck is stock height and I have zero plans of dropping it. Would prefer to stay as close to stock wheel/tire circumference or slightly less.

    Thanks! :)

as long as the bolt pattern and hub bore is correct I think it should work. it might stick out a little but though.... at stock height maybe like a 65 or 70 series tire would look alright.

These were in a late 80s Cherokee. Bolt pattern is good and from what I have read the bore is plenty large enough.

oh ok then... they should work fine. just have to determine what size tires you want to run. I don't think I'm much help on that part because the tallest set of rims and tires I have are my stocks. it all depends on the type of look you wanna go for.
