Who's pro with photoshop?

    Well, I'm not a photoshop pro, but I do a lot of design work in 3D with Autocad and Vectorworks. If you just want to photoshop two different images together (with a little resizing if needed) I can do that too. What exactly are you trying to do?

    I'm not sure, exactly. It's going to be made from 1.5" round tube and skinned with sheetmetal. I have some idea of what the main tube layout will be, but I suck with graphics programs and I'm having some difficulty visualizing it. I didn't think about using CAD. I'll work up a line drawing in AutoCAD.

    but id need a source type image.




    like a couple pics of something like what you want. and a pic of your truck.

    Here's what I'm thinking. The top of it will look something like the part above the red lines in this photo:

    The main lower bar will look sort of like the circled part in this photo but it will sit where the straight line is in relation to the frame (this truck has a body lift so the two bars will only be about the height of a license plate):

    The ends will be capped like the circled part but it will be skinned flush instead of inset like this one:
