That's kinda rad. Frame is bent or more likely the flat deck isn't shimmed properly. Probably a dummy rear axle. Maybe a second stock kind on a second pair of leafs. If mounted inboard or outboard of the frame they could do that pretty easy. My buddy has a truck he built back in the 90s with 4 rear axles. 1 live and 3 dummies. It's like 26 feet long lol. It's a 79-83 style truck. Lowered an unibodied with an open back walk thru. Been trying to get him to restore it for like 8 years.
Looks like a long wheelbase with a floating axle ..... Bed looks like its sagging or has been over loaded ... Clean cab thought
there WERE some motorhome models done with this kind of floater rear axle... might be one converted to stake bed...
^^ while i was working at les schwab a saw a 76 style toyota motorhome with a factory tandem axle, and on top of that it was a 2wd 6 lug
I see flatbed duallys all the time but rarely an in line dually lol. I've seen tandem Toyota rvs a few times locally. Often has the giant 6 lug pattern. But they make cool rims for that pattern too.
I think they're all 5-lug. The rear hub looks like it has a dust cap like the front hub. That must be the floater. The axle just behind the tool box has a flatter hub face. I wonder if the floater has brakes.
