What is this called?

    This part rests on the frame in front of the hood to keep the hood from rattling up and down a rubber spacer goes around this screw where I'm pointing with my finger. I need 2 new ones as the rubber has worn out with time and hood goes up and down as I drive.

    They are rubber adjustable bunes, you can find after maket ones @ most auto parts store.
