Found a yard find in NC. 1976 SR5 with a w-50 and 20R engine. Bed has a little surface rust but no rot. Truck is complete and hasn’t moved since 1993. I bought for the front grills and badge. Has 4 factory hubcaps.
I understand complete rust free beds are pretty rare. This looks solid to me. Any input appreciated.

Worth more in parts. 750 to 1000 at the very most but wouldn't want to pay more then a couple hundred myself.

Got the whole truck for $200. Just not sure what the bed is worth. Never intended to sell as a complete vehicle. Only wanted the grills and badge.

Could probably get 400-500 out of the bed to right buyer.

Looks like a hell of a deal to me. Prices are pretty region dependent but I would have have bought it for the w50 and part out/scrap of the rest. w50's are getting pricy in the PNW, $250-300ish or more. I should probably buy one now before it gets worse.

Definitely regional dependent. The west coast tends to have the high prices and things selling because of the guys buying everything they can and going past the border. I would see what yards are selling parts for and put a premium price on things. I would probably list the bed for 500 and take 300. Any more people are just going to look for the right parts truck for themselves.

Grabbed the parts I wanted, threw the rest on CL, sold for &400.00. Sometimes luck works in my direction.
