Do you smell antifreeze inside the truck?

Is your floor/carpet getting wet around the front of the tranny tunnel?

Are there ANY wet spots under your truck after it's been parked for 15 minutes or so (anything longer and you might not see them, water can evaporate pretty quick)?

Does it smoke at all? If so, what color (white, blue-ish, black)?

I wouldn't think it'd be the pipes on the back of the head, that's all emissions stuff IIRC.
