    '75 20r/4spd mini camper
I'm interested in putting a 5 speed trans in my '75-20r-4spd pop up chinook camper.
I've read to stay away from the Celica 5 speeds, that with the heavy camper I need a truck trans. Can someone tell me what transmission will fit my camper? Ideally a link or some pics?
I have a welder and will be able to make up or modify any transmission mount necessary.
I've heard of a W56 I believe. Maybe you can offer some identifying features of the trans I'm after? I'm thinking the heavier duty truck trans are steel and not aluminum? Maybe you know what years these things were put in the trucks?
Any knowledge about needing the 5 speeds flywheel/clutch also? I've no problem cutting some sheet metal if the shifter comes out in a different location into the cab.
I'd love to read a dozen paragraphs on the subject.
Thank you for your time and knowledge.

    A W56 is a 4x4 transmission, you need a W55 or a W59. A W55 was in late model 89-95 2wd's and the W59 is for a tacoma, you would need the W55,W56, or W58 bellhousing for a 22r. The W58 from a celica or supra has a higher 1st gear and higher overdrive.
