So I figured I'd finally start the thread with a few before pics... Picked up some steel as well for the new crossmembers. Going down to Devious Customs tomorrow to find out about a few more parts... My plan is to try to update with pics as much as possible because when i've looked at other posts some of the details are spotty... Any insight or suggestions welcome...

Pulled the fenders/hood/bumper off today... Gonna start cutting out the wells tomorrow... Just dropped $1143 a few mins ago on bags/valves/compressors/tank. Got RE 6's front RE 7's rear gc 250 extreme 1/2' valves (2) viair 480c pewter compressor's and a 7gal airtank. I still have questions on the 4 link that im not crystal clear on yet... Any one on here done a forward tri 4 link? I will post up a few more progress pics tomorrow night... I need some pics and technical Q's answered as far as bars go and the crossmember... Anyone with knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

where are you buying your parts?

I've been contemplating on going with a smaller air tank for room. Who sells the 7 gallon tank?

So I snapped a few pics today as I started hacking up the fenderwells. Which made me realize i need to build an intake now and re-locate a few more things than i had originally thought...lol Only been putting in an hour a day (on my lunchbreak) seeing as the truck sits at my shop... Hopefully on Saturday I can get a lil more done before my parts start coming in... Anyhow. A few pics...

Got the driverside cut out and realized the truck wont fully lay out without drop spindles because the balljoints max out.Looks like im gonna tub the firewall a little and build some wheel wells too. A couple more pics... Anybody have any advice on their setup? I was going to buy CanDo's uppers and lowers, but its just not in my budget right now so I was planning on belltech drop spindles and just using the stock controll arms for now. Any help is greatly appreciated. And does anybody know a good place to pick up some drop spindles for a reasonable price???

You could pie cut the upper control arms then weld them back up to fix your balljoint problem. I believe the stock tire an rim setup is equal to a 20" wheel an tire. So if your gonna run smaller than a 20 you might be ok and you'll lay out but if 20s then pie cut the uppers an see if they're still mazing out

Not sure exactly what you mean on "pie cutting" the uppers. I'm pretty sure the spindles will do the trick and what I hear is that they keep better geometry throughout travel as well. I plan on running 20's the same as stock wheel diameter to keep speedometer accurate.

Got the other well cut out today and pulled out the tortions and swaybar... Truck hits on the firewall now and crossmember is 1 1/4' off the ground. Just ordered my spindles from summit at $280shipped. Can anybody answer some bar length questions for me? I've searched and searched with no result. I'm about to order my 4 link tomorrow. Got my airline and fitting kit today as well... 50ft going to be enough? Anyway... On with the pics----------------------->
