I no the trans is back in the truck but did you check flywheel bolts and the input shaft for excessive movement ? It didn't do this before the clutch and throw out bearing right

Yes scuffing the flywheel is common to create a clean surface if oil has saturated the clutch disk u may be experiencing clutch chatter a dirty oil soaked flywheel or clutch can cause a chatter vibration upon clutch pedal release in any gear mostly first checking the input shaft is just grabbing it shake it it should move a little but if it's real loose the bearing may be worn .. Kinda sounds like u got a clutch chatter does the vibration stop after its engaged and cruising

    > the shaft that the throw out bearing rides on ( input shaft ) u can apply a thin layer of wheel bearing grease to it to ease the operation of the throw out bearing about a finger dip full

U can just give me the truck an ill deal with the vibrations no big deal haha Srry I'm no help. I don't like messing with transmissions. Although I am fearing apart my old one to see why I blew it last year, an man tht bearing next to the input shaft is toast an missing some of those metal balls haha

The only test I can think of to maybe see if it's chatter is to jack the rear of the truck up on jack stands and put it in first and take of like u normally do with no weight on the drive train and see if there's any difference sense clutch chatter is a form of slippage from a result of weight or defective contact surfaces under load ..

At work we burn/slip semi clutches all the time to melt away buildup .but theses are serious triple clutches . Try at your own risk
