so, i dont know a lot about yota engines.... in my 92 yota with a 22re when ever you punch th throttle it spspsutters.... anyone got any ideas??? thanks in advance.....

 

In Guam, that means its time to pull the efi & throw in some Mikunis.

 

man i got kind of the same problem except my truck sputters when letting go of the throttle a little. idk whats wrong with it either.

 

Mine was bad spark plug wires... check plugs cap and rotor too. easy and cheap fix if thats all it is.

 

Is the charging light on?
I had that problem. I changed the fuel filter, put in a new alternator and it seemed to work.

 

start with the basics, check your spark plugs, cap rotor and wires....
usually when someones truck loses pep like that its something stupid.

 

i changed all that stuff b4 i posted... thats what i was hoping it was but nope...

try injector cleaner and see if it helps any
