Preferably a hard cover with a lock. I recently relocated the petrol tank next to the cab behind the driver's side so I'm wanting to add a viper fliping petrol cap grafted in the tonneau cover. But I can't really find any covers. Thanks

Check out www.TonneauCoversworld.com Not gonna be cheap but they have good quality stuff. If they don't list what you have pictured in your head, call them.

If you can do with pleather material and snaps. Any auto upholstery shop in your hood can do that

Thanks guys, I'll consider and check them out. I've been contemplating a custom sheet metal cover. Once the bed is finished and rebuilt from the c notch the bed will never be used again to haul anything so the cover would never be opened. Just the first 2.5-3ft of the cover behind the cab would fold open for access to the fuel tank and battery. I mainly just want that clean look for the truck once it's exterior is complete. I've also decided not to have any fuel door, I'd just fold open the access portion of the cover to fill the fuel tank then close it back up.

Any update? I'm curious if you made a metal tonno cover. I have no problem with my soft tonneau that I bought from 4 wheel online, though I'm thinking of a custom hard cover.
