Here’s the issue ‘78 hilux with stock style sway bar. The sway bar itself is in good shape and the links aren’t half bad either but, the sway bar bushings are shot. I know just replaceing some bushings would fix the issue back to stock performance but; I’m looking to get rid of the factor bushing mount style they put on these trucks. It looks a little cheeseball’ish for lack of better words. So I’m wondering has anyone found a good replacement sway bar setup from another body style or aftermarket that works well or better than factory?
Of course you can’t see it in the pic but what’evs. I can take one if need be. Thanks!!

I don't see why you couldn't. I'd assume it'd be as simple as welding on some tabs to get a double-shear mount for bolting on your links - then at that point you can basically mount up whatever fits.
