89 pickup 2wd. for some reason, whenever i hit a speedbump or take a turn fast, my wheel will grind against my fender, only on the left side. no matter how hard the car leans to the right it wont rub but if i lean slightly aggressively to the left it will rub. its worse when i have 2 people in the cab. i am currently on belltech drop spindles and ball joint flip in front. 3 inch blocks in rear. i tried swapping the shocks, didnt fix anything. im assuming its not torsion because it its completely level in the front i measured it. i took it to a local mechanic and all he noticed was the tie rod centerlink was bad which i fixed and alligned and nothing happened. any help is appreciated.

Cab misaligned? Also, assuming this is a LHD truck your weight is on the left side, so it will naturally lean more when you're alone. You could always raise it up a bit to remedy the issue
