So I got some 2" spindles off of cl. I will be doing a ball joint flip when i instal these. I'm going to buy the 3 inch lowering blocks, u bolts and low profile bump stops from beefedtaco. I've read on other threads about other members upgrading their bushings. I want the smoothest ride possible. Will bushings help with performance and smooth ride? And where can I get these if so?

    Any input helps thanks

Going to poly bushings will be a big improvement, adds much in the handling of the truck!!

Poly bushings are way better for handling. BUT, you said you want smooth. Poly aren't smoother than rubber bushings. If you want smooth, (less transmitted noise and vibrations), replace the worn factory rubbers with new ones.

Yep, as with any performance mods, its a balancing act.

If you plan to stay with a stockish sidewall height, the urethane bushings will be less noticeable on the degradation of noise and ride comfort.

Urethane can be noisy too if not lubricated properly.

I might just replace my stock ones. Thanks for the input. In the future, I might reconsider poly. For now oem.
