Stock Rear End under a 78 Truck and cruise control

    Hello Guys,

    I recently bought a 78 SR5 Sport Truck, which is not running but everything is in-tact except for the right rear side marker. The truck has 2 fuel tanks. The second one is placed where the spare is supposed to be. Is the second tank custom added.

    It has a cruise control module. My plan is to restore it to its original form. I am just wondering, is the cruise control standard? and also, is the rear end of a 78 SR5 LSD?

    :waytogo: The spare mounted fuel tank and the cruise control are not OEM, someone has added them at some point, the rear axle is just a standard open diff, most likely the 7.5" F292 code# or an 8" G082 code#
