so iv'e been ding sooooo much research on finding what shocks to run in the front and what to run in the back. I did stumble apon a forum saying that t100 shocks fit and are shorter and stiffer. also hurd monomax's are the way to go. and toxic shocks are only for a 3inch drop. well....... I'm trying to find out what would be good for a 6" drop all away around. spindles, torsions, bjflip in the front and 3"block with middle leaf delete and load leaf flipped. plz help me out I'm very close to being done with my build i just need to figure out the exact shocks. :eyecrazy::silly::meemee:

Im running same drop on 4in blocks..i used djm calmax shocks up front and love um...i use some shocks in rear called deutsche or some weird name like that and hate them...that being said it might be because i pulled the middle leaf and threw away the overload instead of flipping it...i git lazy since i wanna bag it soon anyway...the rear rode better with stock shocks but i tosssed um early....make sure u shave any bolts that stick through the fender in the front..you will def rub on dips, im on 18's..hope this helps

Pull a leaf or flip the overload. I dont reccomend doing both. Along with a 3-4" block youl be at about 5" lower maybe more.

For the front, you can just reindex the torsion bars, do a BJ flip(there is a write up in the tech section)

If you wana go lower than that then get spindles or drop LCAs

I tried flipping the overload on top and it was 1/2 inch from the frame rail. rode like **** and kept hitting the frame, get a 3inch block with simply removing the center leaf if you load in the bed. if not go with a 4inch.

belltech also offers leaf springs for your truck. 3 1/2 inch drop. $135.. but youll have to get drop shock. with the block you can use stock height. I'd recommend air shocks, youll be really happy with the ride.
