here's the wheel. i seen it setting on a bunch of other rims as i walked by, but it was the only one. but i grabbed it just in case anyone was looking for one.
ok that is just your standard celica GT-S or MKII supra wheel 82-85, 14x7 you actually measure from the inside on the lip not the outside. iirc 14xjj = 14x7 the rest of the numbers are build stamps or maybe offset in mm. ive never confirmed any toyota casting numbers cept the 2xr on the block i dont count the 14xjj or any other as thats just hearsay, i have yet to find a offcial type decoder page or list or sumthin. lil polish on it and you could snag $40 for it. its in pretty good shape.
ok, wasn't sure on how to properly measure it. i had seen the 14-8 and assumed it was 14x8, but thats why i text you so i could get some conformation.
no prob, glad ta help. if you see a set of the same type of wheel but its flat, measure it. if its a 15, you could get $300 for a crappy set. if its a 14 its a carrol shelby wheel, to the right people (4lug mustang) it could be worth some money. both are 6in from inside lip to lip.
The stock mk2 supra wheels are 14x7...they are aluminum and arent worth too much unless. Youd be lucky to get 100 for a set and that can still be a stretch...I have a set in my shed. they are roughly +8 offset. 85 and 86 ltype mk2 supras came with a wheel of the same design but was a 15x6.... those wheels are worth substantially more. The offset on those wheels are higher (I think like ~+20)
ive sold 3 sets in the last year of the 14x7's for $250 but ive cleaned and polished em. drifters like em as they have a serious inner lip, makes it hard to pop a bead.
