anyone have the honda civic seats with the single post for the head rest in ur truck? i was wondering what they look like in it and how much room u loose if any..

 

I know I've seen those style seats in these trucks, but not sure on everything else.

 

most people take the head rest off and the top of the seat is right below the window which i think is clean. in my body drop they was about an inch above the window then i sold em and got a bench seat to go with my old school theme

 

Did u have about the same amount of room with the buckets as u did with the bench? for leg room

 

actually since you can get the seat back almost straight up the seat will go back even further than a bench...

I'm 5'9" so I don't need a lot of leg room and I keep my seat back leaned way back

but my toyota guy local here that I use occasionally is over 6ft and whenever I got my truck back the seat back was straight up and the seat was moved ALL the way back...

 

I'm 6'3" an I had two reg cabs one yota an a bodied Mazda
an never again will I have a reg cab my ex cab has so much more room

 

i had more leg room in my body drop with the bench seat then i did with the civic buckets they were both modified to sit as low to the floor as possible the civic seats had the rails removed and the bench was cut and still had rails and i still had more room with the bench

 

it was also a bench out of a nissan hardbody too

 

6'3'' damn, you might need to put your seats in the bed and drive from back there

I'm with you at 6'4" so yeah... add in a couple speakers behind the seat loosing the last click or two..... I want extended but meh. I also have the honda seats to go in soonish.
