So here's the deal.My battery was smoking so I disconnected the alternator plug thinking it was over charging the battery but I left the bolted wire connected, tried nurse it home, I made it about a mile before it died, would not start back up so I towed it Home. Found out that I had a bad battery and I fried my ecu replaced these parts and it starts now but runs horribly. Barely runs or excelerates .I pulled plug wires and found I can disconnect cylinder 3 and 4 without change, Im getting spark to those cylinders so next I tried to disconnect the injectors when I disconnect the #4 injector it runs way better but still running on 3 cylinders, any suggestions? Should I replace the injectors? Check harness ?Truck was running great before this whole ordeal

I would start with the injectors and there harness U may have fried a injector on some kind of voltage spike threw your harness maybe swap the suspected one with one from a working cylinder and see if your problem continues ..on the dead cylinder

Not the same vehicle but on an old Chevy I had had the same kind of problems. Just seems weird when you Disconnect some wires it still runs the same... Just figured it was an easy check to do before forming out money on other problems. Just a process of illumination. Didn't want that last post to sound rude, just re read and seemed kinda ass hole. :/
