I have not done maintainance to drum brakes before. I have a '92 extra cab 2wd. It is lowered and I drift it on the regular. It sat for the winter and now, when I try to roll it, it is hard to move. I figured out the rear brakes are rubbing quite a bit. I couldn't remove the drum brake cover easily. If I used more force I may be able to get it open.
I use my e-brake a lot while drifting. I was wondering if anyone can help me to adjust the rear drums so that they don't stick as badly?
I had the driveshaft disconnected and the brake line disconnected (only the e-brake cable was on) and it was difficult to turn the wheel.
    Thanks

get yourself a manual..there is an access cover on the back, you take off this rubber boot and thats where you adjust the drums, also on the front of the drum is 2 or 3 threaded holes..i dont remember how many, but you can use a bolt to push the drum off...buy a manual, it explains it much better

I gots no truck, for now
If it was sitting in snow and all that garbage I would bet that the shoes are rusted to the drums... I would pull em off the way the guy above said and have the drums machined and throw new shoes on there... You sure the ebrake cable isnt rusted or stuck on correct?
