Okay, so I'm getting ready to do a 4-runner front-end swap, and was wondering where you guys got the pig tails for both the headlights and the bumper lights, I've been looking for one at a wrecker, but its been a no-go so far. Can I get these at an auto parts store? What would I ask for? especially interested in the bumper lights, as I have yet to find a good price on headlights.

I got mine for the headlights from Advance Auto. I dunno if they have them for the turn signals or not. I got mine off the 4runner I got my front end off of. I thnk you might just be able to trim some off the plug and it will fit up in there pretty tight.

Just curious, why is the 4runner front end swap so popular? Just a nicer grill and such?

If your going to bag & drop to the frame, you need to have room for front wheels to go up into the wheel well more, hence the 4x4 front fenders. Now you need a wider bumper, hence the 4Runer or 4x4 bumper/valance!

Aaaahhhhh that makes sense. I guess it's easier to find a 4runner front end versus a 4x4 pickup.

Got mine at Napa, Dug into their pigtails & sockets ( electrical book ), These were listed as a three way for mine ( 89 - 95 Toyota pickup ), I wired it up with 2 wires and heat shrinked them up and was good to go . . .
